Happy Diwali GDM!
Here are a few gratitude notes from the entire team wishing you love and light this festive season!
With these gratitude notes, we are also officially taking the first step towards our rebranding as ‘The White Matter’ – growing bigger and better with the start of a new year.
Let’s create waves of change together!
Happy Diwali to my amazing GDM Sir Our official roast-master who never misses a chance to get a laugh at my expense! I truly enjoy the energy and positive vibes you bring, and your expressions are the highlight! You’re an all-rounder—knowledgeable in everything from work to spirituality, truly an inspiration with how you manage it all, especially handling people like us! Wishing the BOSS OF THE HOUSE a very Happy Diwali! 😎✨
From Heena
A mentor, knows exactly when to give me the carrot or the stick. Immensely amazing, terrific charisma. Jitna bolo sir ke baare mein, utna kam hai!
P.s. – I know you’re still mad at me for cutting my hair, please maaf kardena (asking as a Diwali gift)
From Dev
Every day, the biggest challenge isn’t just the work—it’s stepping into the lift at Vivek Apartments, where the transition from “Sir” to “Bhaiya” begins. Gagandeep Sir is more than just my boss he is like my mother in law and who’s always on the lookout for ‘good rishtas’ for me! But jokes aside, I never thought I’d be here at Media Solace, learning, growing, and experiencing so much and even laughing at my “marriage prospects” along the way (thanks to his matchmaking hints. And it’s all thanks to him. This Diwali, I’m deeply thankful to Sir for all the opportunities and support. Wishing him health, happiness, and maybe some luck in finding those ‘perfect rishtas’ for me! Kabhi kabhi toh lagta hai Media Solace se hi meri doli uthegi!
From Anika
Happy Diwali, GDM (Gagan Sir)!
Words can’t fully capture the relationship we share. Maybe it’s something that only reels or movies could explain, and even then, the story would never end. I’m beyond grateful for having a boss, mentor, partner, and family like you. You’ve given me a second family, and for that, I will always be thankful.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you for not only tolerating my endless blunders but for being a constant pillar of patience and guidance. Even in the moments when I was least deserving, your support never wavered. You’ve helped me rise, even when I risked falling into a pit of my own making.
Thank you for this incredible opportunity to be part of your journey and your life. I truly feel privileged and grateful for every lesson and every moment shared.
